Client’s personal information data storage and use

Your privacy is of utmost importance. I am currently taking steps to become fully GDPR compliant.

​

I will never share your personal details with anyone, and I am the only person who has got access to your data. If I need to share your details with a third party for example your doctor, I will always ask for your permission first.

​

For one to one clients and attendees to all Evolutionary Healing Circles, all personal data that I collect about you is stored in a locked filing cabinet in a personal file under your name. Contact details in my phone and my computer are secured with a passwords to the device.

​

I will hold this data for as long as deemed necessary by my insurance company. I will then shred any paper files and I will delete you from my contacts list on all my electronic devices.

​

You can receive regular updates and promotional information via my email newsletter, for Evolutionary Healing private session or circles, if you sign up to the mailing list on the contact page of my website, or if you have chosen to be part of this list on my client consent form and health questionnaire.

All previous clients who have not yet clearly expressed their consent to this list will have received an invitation to do so and their email removed from the list until such consent is given.

Audio recordings for remote sessions are sent through email with your permission and kept on a specific USB key under your name and date in above mentioned locked cabinet. All recordings are erased from my email inbox and folders as well as from the recording device (phone or iPad),

Unsubscribing from email newsletters

You have the option to unsubscribe from any newsletters or promotional information that comes through. Please use the UNSUBSCRIBE link at the bottom of those emails for that purpose.
